Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to initiate the process.
Print Your Label
Select the items you wish to return or exchange and download your prepaid USPS shipping label provided by our system.
Package Your Footwear
Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging and attach the prepaid label securely to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized USPS location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt.
